  • In 3.9 miles, use the middle 2 lanes to take the exit toward TX-358 W/Nas-Ccad/Padre Island
  • Keep left at the fork, follow signs for TX-358 E/Nas-Ccad/Padre Island and merge onto TX-358 E

  • Merge onto S Padre Island Dr

  • In 4 miles, turn right onto S Padre Island Dr/Park Rd 22
  • Continue onto John F Kennedy Memorial Causeway

  • In 2.4 miles, take the exit toward TX-3 Spur/Ennis Joslin Rd
  • Merge onto S Padre Island Dr
  • Turn left toward S Padre Island Dr

  • Head northeast toward US-181 Frontage
  • Merge onto US-181 Frontage
  • Sharp left to stay on US-181 Frontage
